Our friend Eric had an itching for some good ole Butterbeer, so he called us and we had ourselves a little Butterbeer party! The recipe he had said it tasted exactly like the Butterbeer at Universal Studio. I've never been there . . yet . . so I don't know. I do know however, that it was delicious. So my Butterbeer fantasy has been fulfilled . . . for now.
1 Bottle Cream Soda
1 Tablespoon of Butterscotch Syrup
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1. Freeze cream soda just until it gets slightly slushy
2. Whip cream, sugar, vanilla all together until it gets thick and frothy
(basically whip until you are satisfied with the frothiness)
3. Pour soda into glasses
4. Pour froth on top of soda
5. Drink & Enjoy!
